I primarily work from a person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy foundation, layering in acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy interventions to support your coping outside of our session time. Care at Willow Way is trauma-informed and always honors the client’s pace. When helpful, I involve loved ones and support systems — recovery and growth don’t have to happen in isolation.

Consultation calls are always FREE (15-20 min phone or video call). It’s your time to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for the space we can create together.
Sessions are offered during early morning, daytime, and evening hours Monday-Friday. At this time, our practice offers limited appointment slots per week and maintains a small caseload of up to 10 clients at one time. This may limit your ability to do consistent, weekly sessions, for an extended period of time.
Weekly sessions are recommended for at least the first month of our work together to ensure we have a good plan in place with more time in between sessions.
