Willow Way Counseling was born out of a simple truth: people deserve therapy that is effective, dynamic, and genuinely personalized. I saw the growing need for a space where clients could feel truly seen, supported, and understood — a place where the work feels less like “treatment” and more like coming home to the safest, most authentic version of yourself.
The roots of Willow Way stretch back to the strong family figures in my own life, people who embodied perseverance, vitality, and compassion through unforeseeable and complex transitions. Their influences shaped the values of this practice: you deserve a space to process your story, tend to your healing, and challenge yourself — all while being witnessed and supported by someone firmly in your corner.
My tone in sessions (and in life) is warm, conversational, and just the right amount of witty. I primarily work with adolescents and emerging adults who are navigating the beautifully messy process of growing into themselves. Some are recovering from eating disorders. Some are juggling the stress of new schools, new cities, new jobs, or new relationships. Others come in with big questions about identity, purpose, and who they want to become next. All are welcomed and valued!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and South Carolina, with specialized experience in eating and weight disorders. And while I bring strong clinical foundations, therapy with me isn’t a lecture — it’s a group project where we both show up, put in the work, and build something meaningful together.
