I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of PA, NJ, & SC and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in RI & FL. I live in Philadelphia, and have for the past 4 years. I spend most of my days talking with clients, scrolling instagram (my feed is a mix of stand-up, reality, and therapy content), and hanging out with my beloved friends or face-timing my family. I've been a therapist since 2022, after receiving my master's degree from Boston University's Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine program.
The world is overwhelming and chaotic; for a moment of time- therapy sessions allow us to connect, rest, and process our experiences.
The roots of Willow Way stretch back to the strong family figures in my own life, people who embodied perseverance, vitality, and compassion through unforeseeable and complex transitions. Their influences shaped the values of this practice: you deserve a space to process your story, tend to your healing, and challenge yourself — all while being witnessed and supported by someone firmly in your corner (me!).
My tone in sessions (and in life) is warm, conversational, and just the right amount of witty. I primarily work with adolescents, emerging adults, and anyone in the 'adulthood' cohort, who are navigating the beautifully messy process of growing into themselves. Some are recovering from eating disorders. Some are juggling the stress of new schools, new cities, new jobs, or new relationships. Others come in with big questions about identity, purpose, and who they want to become next. All are welcomed and valued!
While I bring strong clinical foundations, therapy with me isn’t a lecture — it’s collaborative! Most of your life exists outside of our sessions, I want to create a space where we can work together to enhance your day-to-day.
